Do ponies remember?
“Herd Bound” is a term for a reason. BUT I’ve seen it go much further w/i pairs – both between horses and horse/owner.

Stallions & “Green + Green=Black&Blue”
I’ve not always agreed that a stallion doesn’t make a good first horse. In some cases, I’ve seen it work and turned out AWESOME in not one breed, but several.
After foaling?
I’ve often been asked the ? of “How soon after foaling can we ride, drive, work or show our mare”? and “How soon can we show the foals”?
