I’ve braided off and on all of my life since I was between the ages of 5-10. Some of the things braided were of course my stick horse’s mane, my own (I actually suck at doing that!) or friends’ hair, different projects with different materials, my daughters’ hair and now my granddaughters’ hair PLUS different braids on the ponies manes and tails.
While in the process of moving late 2014 and setting up fencing on our new place in 2015, we’ve found that there were some unplanned visitations. So we are following 3 Jr mares with their pregnancies. We don’t know exactly when the came to be in foal, so are going by their body conditions and the development of their udders as to when they will foal. These are all maiden mares.
So – Friday, while holding ponies for our farrier, Larry arrived home w/ his new bike. It’s a “real” bike – pedals, his own power. He rode it out to where we were and a couple of the Sr Mares “alerted”, but nothing major…
Pages are updated already! LOL!!!
Stallions, Sr Mares, Jr Mares, Geldings and Sales all have the thumbnail pics clickable to that pony’s page.
When asked to look over the site, several people, but especially one friend, pointed out that “the pics aren’t clickable!!!”
Took me a while to figure out what was meant – because I was stumped.
Hmmm…where to start? It was a “Cat” day – “Cat” (Cat’s Horsey Services) comes out to trim our ponies hooves. We are on a rotating, every other Friday, schedule. We do anywhere from 4 to 10 ponies on the days she comes out.
1st thing, I had it in my mind we were doing boys – and they were all caught and eating… But as I studied their hooves I realized that they’d been done not too long ago (we’ve had a few cancellations due to weather &/or my appointments in Jan and Feb). No worries…
Over the last couple of days, I’ve done some more updating on the website. Both Toro and Kechi have their own pages. Had to do some repair on some of the older pages.
We have 2 more ponies to do pages for, then have the pages for “Links” and “Sales”. It’s getting there.
Did some more site work on the website. Got all the links done on the bottom’s of each ponies’ page and also centered each of the photo albums. Still can’t get the Photo Bucket photo albums to come into the pages via html, but won’t worry about that too much. I just brought them in to Stuffy’s and Ellona’s pages via written link.
The tables for the Mare’s produce – is still off and I haven’t been able to figure that out just yet. Hope to eventually…
Got the call last weekend (during the almost ice/snow storm) and couldn’t get there to pick up the ponies…
But yesterday afternoon –
